Since 1979, Insight for Living (IFL) has been committed to excellence in teaching the study and application of God’s Word. Pastor Chuck Swindoll and his wife, Cynthia, began the ministry by broadcasting Pastor Chuck’s Bible-teaching program, Insight for Living, on 18 stations. Today, the program airs on more than 2,000 stations, can be streamed through various online channels, and can be heard in 70 countries and eight languages.
We also produce quality Bible-study resources, have a dynamic online presence, provide pastoral counseling, and actively walk alongside listeners through life’s challenges. As a ministry, we’re committed to Vision 195, our strategic mission to pursue Jesus’ Great Commission by extending God’s grace and making disciples in all 195 countries and their 6,875 heart languages.
In addition to our international headquarters in Frisco, Texas, we currently have ministry offices in 10 countries, where our pastors translate resources, train church leaders to use Pastor Chuck’s Searching the Scriptures Bible-study methods, serve their communities, and pursue Vision 195 in their languages. Position Summary
The Media Strategist and Project Coordinator (MSPC) ensures Reframing Ministries (RM)—a ministry outreach of IFL—reaches its online and in-person audience with excellent and effective communication. The MSPC is responsible for managing RM’s projects, crafting and implementing an overall digital strategy, managing RM’s social media and podcast presence, generating content for social media, and administrating internal processes that support the functionality of the department. With a strong, strategic mentality and an acute attention to detail, the MSPC ensures that RM’s online ministry is well-maintained; its platforms are optimized; all podcast guests, ministry volunteers, and internal cross-departmental and external ministry collaborators receive a quality experience; its projects are managed and tracked smoothly; and its administrative processes are organized and completed with a high-level of accuracy.

Core Job Functions
Media Strategist (25%)
- In conjunction with RM’s vice president (VP), develops engaging and excellent content strategies that influence RM’s constituency
- Develops creative social media content, such as posts, quotes, image quotes, videos, and graphic designs, that will generate interest and are in alignment with IFL’s topics and overall mission
- Schedules and posts on all social media platforms such as but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Promptly responds on behalf of RM to non-theological questions, concerns, or requests for prayer
- Performs quarterly analytics and diagnostics to determine the overall success of social media campaigns
- Recommends social media campaign enhancements and changes based on engagement, analytics, and diagnostics
- Follows broader social media trends and recommends ideas and plans of action for digital excellence
- Brainstorms marketing ideas and helps to determine target markets
- Takes an active role in interacting with online community (i.e., RM private Facebook Group, Facebook Live Videos, and Coffee Connects with Colleen)
Projects Coordinator (25%)
- Manages projects and collaborations with IFL departments and external people/ministries
- Oversees RM online store, products, and orders
- Coordinates and creates both online and in-person RM events
- Develops and designs RM resources for the ministry and community
- Maintains awareness of project timelines and ensures all tasks are completed ahead of deadlines
- With a keen sense of attention to detail, documents the progress of projects and ensures tasks flow according to process
- Oversees RM volunteers
Podcast/Guest Coordinator (15%)
- Researches qualified candidates for interviews and networking
- Facilitates scheduling, communications, and ensures a quality experience as RM liaison with guests
- Works cross departmentally from start to finish, including but not limited to scheduling and reviewing content to publishing content on platforms
- Writes episode show notes, coordinates assets, and procures approval among departments
- Completes post-interview follow up to provide guests or agents with episode information so they can share with their online community
Administrative Support (20%)
- Provides all department administrative coordination and support
- Ensures all internal processes, whether on Asana, Microsoft OneDrive, etc., are organized well, logically, and cohesively
- Keeps office calendars and contacts up to date, including scheduling appointments and meetings for the RM VP
- Organizes registration, travel, and online and in person events/conferences for the VP
- Processes items related to monthly budget
- Maintains expense and variance reports
- Drafts copy and correspondence on behalf of the VP when needed
- Designs and creates presentations and resources for VP meetings and events
Team Member Contribution (10%)
- Models IFL’s core values through daily conduct
- Exerts initiative and drive to improve departmental and organizational operations
- Owns problems, creates solutions, and maintains personal accountability for results

Position Specifications
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communication, or psychology
- One–three years’ experience in marketing and project management
- One–three years’ experience in leadership and vision-strategic forward thinking, preferred
- Relevant internship and/or externship may be substituted for years of experience
- A basic understanding of disabilities and the unique challenges of those who hurt and/or have life-limiting needs, as well as a desire to help caregivers
- Strong client service orientation and demeanor with the ability to project manage, anticipate upcoming needs, and deliver superior work with minimal direction
- In-depth familiarity with social media platforms and sub-layered functionality optimizing end-user experience
- Ability to conduct social media analytics and accurately interpret the results
- Proven ability to network and connect with others both online and in-person easily, conversing with professionals and those with disabilities/caregivers alike
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lead initiatives and juggle several projects at one time
- High attention to valuable projects and superior organization skills while multitasking
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with interviewees, their assistants, and staff
