Title : Certified Nursing Assistant
Location : 201 Pleasant Hill Rd, Chester Township, NJ 07930
Duration : 13-week contract with possibility of extension
Shift : 3x 12 (7 : 00am-7 : 30pm) with every other weekend
Openings : 1
Start Date : ASAP
Must haves :
- 2 years of experience as a CNA with Bedside experience
- Certification with BLS
- Must be comfortable with a patient ratio of 1 : 7
- Great communication & Interpersonal skills
Job Description :
Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the Select Specialty team. Working alongside 1 Registered Nurse (RN) and 9 other CNAs, the CNA will provide high-quality care to patients with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 : 7. These patients typically come from brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes or need rehab for orthopedic trauma, cancer or cardiac recovery. Responsibilities include assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring and recording vital signs, providing mobility assistance, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting patients’ emotional and psychological well-being. Effective communication and documentation are essential to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
