This individual will be handling a high volume of calls each day. They must be coachable and possess a strong work ethic. Additionally, they will be responsible for checking in vehicles for inspection, dispatching supplies to drivers, managing chats with drivers through Outlook, and handling calls with internal employees regarding medical equipment and supplies
