Duration: 6-month contract with possible extensions or Perm
Available Shifts, Days Off and Locations:
Westfield, MA
- 3rd Shift - 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Tuesday / Wednesday Off)
- 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Week A: Sunday/ Thursday Off, Week B Tuesday/ Saturday Off)
Amherst, MA
- 2nd Shift – 1:15 PM - 9:15 PM (Sunday / Monday Off)
Day to Day:
State run group homes are seeking qualified, caring LPNs to support 2 of their resident-based group homes in Westfield, MA and Amherst, MA. These LPNs will be responsible for providing nursing specific treatments such as insulin medication administration, catheter and g tube support. The two homes have direct care coverage and 16-hour nursing support so LPNs will not be expected to provide any direct care services. Empathetic, caring and strong communicating LPNs willing to commute to the Westfield, MA or Amherst, MA area will be considered!
Must Haves:
- Active LPN licensure
- BLS or CPR certification
- Prior experience with medication administration
- Ability to perform Nursing specific treatments ie. Insulin administration, catheter support, and G tube support
Plusses:
- Prior experience with hospice
- MAP certification
- Hands on experience with tracheostomy support
Salary : $25 - $42
