Position: Entry Level Maintenance Technician
Location: Marlborough, MA
Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM, Onsite
Duration: 12-month contract - potential to hire or extend
Job Description: A large multinational biomedical engineering firm in Marlborough, MA is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join their facilities team. The team includes a licensed HVAC technician, licensed plumber, and licensed electrician. The Maintenance Technician will support general maintenance requests across the company’s campus.
Responsibilities:
- Fixing ceiling tiles
- Repairing drywall
- Setting up training rooms for conferences
- Supporting other technicians
- Handling various maintenance work orders
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Ability to commute to and from Marlborough
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 6 months of commercial, warehouse, maintenance/technician experience
Pluses:
- Maintenance troubleshooting experience
- Experience with a building management system and/or CMMS system
