Must-Haves :

  • High school diploma / GED
  • 2 years’ experience as a MA (would potentially accept less if great soft skills)
  • Must be comfortable in a high-volume office setting
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification through American Heart Association
  • Dependability, attendance
  • Must be willing to provide documentation or obtain vaccinations included below :

Hep B, Covid, TB, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Flu (seasonal), MMR vaccine

Plusses :

  • Previous Epic experience highly preferred
  • CMA / RMA
  • Bilingual
  • Injection, Pap Smear, EKG or Phlebotomy experience

    • Day-to-Day :

    Insight Global is hiring for a client of ours in the South Hampton area. Duties are as follows :

  • Provide support to assigned provider
  • Greet and escort patients during visit
  • Maintain medical documentation
  • Obtain urine samples, EKGs, covid / flu / strep swabs, etc when requested
  • Process prescription requests
  • Discuss lab results with patients
  • Schedule care, treatment, and diagnostic tests per physician request

    • Office Environment :

  • 4 Providers – 2 new providers incoming
  • Each MA is assigned to a provider and deals with about 18 patients daily
  • Free standing processing lab on site
  • Primary Care Practice – Primarily ages 18-60, but some peds and geriatrics
  • A lot of room for growth, the manager Sandra has trained several MAs and OS that have taken leadership roles
  • See about 80-94 patients daily, but once the providers start will see 100
