Day To Day:
An employer is looking for a Front Office Coordinator. This person plays a vital role in supporting clinicians and ensuring a seamless patient experience. This position is responsible for front desk operations, administrative tasks, and patient coordination using Electronic Health Records and Practice Management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Experience & Support:
• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting patients and visitors with excellent customer service.
• Schedule appointments, handle phone inquiries, and communicate patient messages to clinical staff.
• Collect co-pays, update patient records, and explain paperwork and policies.
• Address patient concerns professionally, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
Clinician & Office Support:
• Notify clinical staff of patient arrivals and schedule changes.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing, copying, and scanning.
• Manage incoming communications and maintain knowledge of clinician preferences.
Team Collaboration & Compliance:
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
• Identify and suggest solutions for patient satisfaction concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain strict patient privacy protocols.
Duration: 6-month contract to hire!
Hours: 8AM-6PM M-F (8-hour shifts)
