Insight Global is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary health care and perform selective medical services under the direction of a physician. Responsibilities include taking medical histories, assessing medical conditions, interpreting findings, and preparing and maintaining records, including dictating reports. You will be responsible for handling all patient interactions including rooming, treating, planning necessary tests and medications. This job has an emphasis on stress testing, pulmonary function testing, and EKG's. The ideal candidate has experience running their own clinic.
Location : Primarily in Elk City, OK - will travel to Sayre, Hobart, & Woodward (mileage will be reimbursed)
Responsibilities :
- Clinical Evaluation and Documentation : Preparing new patients in the clinic and managing follow-up appointments in a personal clinic schedule.
- Clinic Rounding and Patient Evaluation : Conducting evaluations for new consults at clinical sites, completing histories and physicals (H&P), and preparing discharge summaries.
