Title : Registered Nurse
Location : Hillsboro, OR 97124 (hybrid in clinic and out in the community)
Duration : PERM
Hours : 24 hours / week, 4x6s or 3x8s
Schedule : 8am-2 : 30pm (Tue-Fri) or 3x8s 8am-4 : 30pm (Wed-Fri)
Pay Rate : $40 / hour-$56hr (depending on years’ experience)
Day-to-Day
A health care facility in the Portland, OR area is looking to hire a RN who will be responsible for caring for elderly patients. This nurse will be working alongside members of the care team (including medical assistants, LVNs, CNAs, etc.) to provide nursing care that promotes optimal health and independence. They will also be performing nursing assessments and using critical thinking skills to ensure the highest level of care for their patients. This role requires the RN to have their own personal vehicle and a clean driving record , as they will be making episodic visits into patients' homes and other skilled nursing facilities. Mileage is reimbursed.
Must-Haves
- 2 years of experience as an RN
- Oregon State RN license
- BLS certification
Salary : $40 - $56
