A client of Insight Global is looking for a remote senior reimbursement analyst to join a major healthcare system!
This analyst will be working heavily with cost reports for all of their southeast division. One of the main roles this analyst will have is filing cost reports for Medicare, the residency program, and the hospital transplant center. This analyst must be well versed in creating cost reports for these different sectors as well as having experience working with IME and GME within the residency programs. This client would ideally like for this analyst to have prior exposure to transplant centers because they will be conducting cost reports for their hospitals transplant center. Other responsibilities will include working heavily with excel, quarterly cost report reserves, and work heavily within their team to complete these reports.
This reimbursement department has lots of room for growth and is one of the few Organ procurement organizations in the country. This is a fully remote position but must sit in NC, SC, GA, VA, AL, FL, KY, MI, ME, VT, ID, or WA.

Must haves :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Prefer to have 7 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement
- Experience creating Medicare cost reports
- Experience with hospital cost reporting
- Understanding of complex Medicare reimbursement
- Experience with residency programs including IME (indirect medical education) and GME (graduate medical education)
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel- Pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
