One of Insight Global’s clients is looking to onboard a Support Technician to their team in Irvine, CA. This individual will be responsible for supporting classrooms throughout the campus and deploying devices for students, staff, and faculty. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with MacOS, iOS, Windows OS, and Windows 11. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Irvine, CA and is a contract till the end of May.
Must Haves :
3 years of experience as a Support Technician or similar role
Strong understanding and experience with the Apple ecosystem including MacOS and iOS
Experience with the Windows Operating System and Windows 11
Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem and Azure
