Insight Global is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic for a Direct-Hire opportunity here in Louisville KY. The pay range for this position is between $25 / hr - $32 / hr. This company is a large, well-established environmental service company that focuses on reusable waste to energy. This maintenance mechanic will be is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and the maintaining mechanical equipment. They perform routine and preventive maintenance on various systems, including material handling (conveyor systems), crushing, screening, pneumatic, hydraulic, and pumping systems. Additionally, these technicians ensure equipment performance and efficient production processes. This individual must have strong soft skills in order to succeed and collaborate cross-functionally.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
