Overview:
Insight Global is hiring for a Treasury Accountant I to support our healthcare client's team in the Orlando, FL area. This individual should be motivated to pursue a career in Accounting – with previous applicable experience. They will be joining a team of 2 Senior Accountants – all dedicated to supporting our clients’ treasury operations.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Related Degree
- 2 year performing Accountant level responsibilities
- Proficiency in banking portals to process deposits
- Previous experience with journal entries, and utilizing Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.)
- Self-starter with the ambition to learn!

Day to Day:
- Process Deposits: Utilize banking portals to accurately process daily deposits and manage cash flow.
- Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial accounts.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Excel Analysis: Use Excel for data analysis, including creating pivot tables and performing V-lookups.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with hospital policies and financial regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support financial operations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Learning & Development: Stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for professional growth.
