We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our team in Financial Operations.
Salary: $27.50 per hour (hybrid position with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote)
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience managing financial records and transactions, including reconciliations and cash flow management preferably in a banking environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring meticulous management of financial records and transactions, applying advanced understanding of accounting principles critically and advisably, and leveraging extensive knowledge of accounting concepts to support organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records and transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts
- Contribute to the development of accounting structures and evaluation of financial controls
- Provide strategic financial insights to facilitate informed decision-making within the company
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience managing financial records and transactions
- Ability to analyze and evaluate complex financial data
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Accountability and humility in accepting and implementing feedback
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
