Day to day:
My client in Charlotte, NC is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team full time. They will be expected to support the AP functions firm-wide efficiently, accurately, and with high quality. Other responsibilities include verifying accuracy of vendor invoices, working hand and hand with compliance to review all approved invoices prior to posting in the financial system, reviewing expense reports, reconciling vendor statements, and much more in this related area. The Accounts Payable Specialist will play a key role in maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. It is important that they are professional, eager to learn, and coachable.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
