POSITION PURPOSE: To support the Operations Department administrative requirements. Support includes meeting minutes, account billing, vendor contract support, vendor scheduling, SOP management, and payroll.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Document meeting minutes for customer meetings
- Work Order Management (WOMs)
- Project Tracking System (PTS)
- Progress billing
- SOP creation and updating
- Track vendor contract renewal dates
- Create, update, and manage various Smartsheets as needed
- Any other duties as assigned
- Creating PO’s/WOM’s (PPS, Denver, HQ, All Dallas Sites, San Antonio)

Compensation:
$25/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
