Key Responsibilities:
- Taking charge of different projects and ensuring their efficient completion
- Managing recruiting candidate spreadsheets, catering arrangements, directories, and travel arrangements for directors
- Cordinating schedules and calendars for C-suite executives and office staff
- Assisting with ad hoc needs and process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree
- 4-6 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Proficient experience using expense reporting software
- Proficient with MS Office and Excel
