Position Title: Aero Manufacturing Superintendent
Openings: 1
Location: Sedalia, Missouri
- THIRD SHIFT - 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- 2 breaks & 1 lunch
- Working Sunday - Thursday
Pay Rate: $40 - 48/hour
Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire
Interview Process:
- First round: Teams interview with HM
- Final round: In person, panel style, tour
Must Haves:
- High School Diploma
- 3 years of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing background must be metal / steel (keywords in internal notes)
- Minimum of 3 direct reports

A leading energy client of Insight Global is seeking to add a third-shift Aero Manufacturing Supervisor to their quicky growing team in Sedalia, MO. We are seeking someone who is passionate about leadership and career growth. Focused exclusively on fast-start, dispatchable power, our client supports both energy security and renewable growth with complete turbine services, project development, equipment manufacturing, turnkey generation facilities, operations, and maintenance.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supervision of 10 direct reports
- Planning and managing projects and processes such as scheduling, budgeting, or ensuring compliance.
- Meet expectations for safety, quality, productivity, attendance/punctuality, and teamwork.
- Establishing schedules for maintenance and day-to-day operations
- Supervising maintenance and repairs of equipment, and inspecting work areas for safety and orderliness
- Review and maintain team members’ work performance
- Reporting on project specifications and requirements to relevant staff
- Schedule production and day-to-day tasks for team members.
- Training staff in work and safety procedures, and in the use of equipment and supplies
- Implement and maintain a 5S production area
- Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and pallet jacks
Salary : $35 - $45
