A Client of Insight Global is seeking an Affiliate Manager, that will play a crucial role in structuring and optimizing our affiliate programs. You will be responsible for driving the affiliate channel and turning it into a high-performance growth engine. You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Social Media Manager to align strategies and maximize impact. Additionally, you will act as a relationship manager, addressing affiliate inquiries, planning engagement activities, coordinating promotional materials, and managing affiliate relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deepen relationships with current affiliates and identify top performers.
- Recruit new affiliates, managing outreach, onboarding, and enablement.
- Serve as the main contact for affiliates, handling payouts, campaigns, and launches.
- Optimize pricing models, promotions, and commission structures using data.
- Co-develop landing pages, creative assets, and promotional content.
- Stay connected with trading and futures communities.
- Collaborate with product, creative, and support teams.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years in marketing, with affiliate or influencer experience preferred.
- Experience in trading, futures, or prop trading is essential.
- Active in online trading communities (Twitter, Discord, YouTube).
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition and partner funnels.
- Comfortable with math and modeling for commissions, payouts, and ROI.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with affiliate platforms or referral software (Refersion, FirstPromoter).
- Personal trading background or funded trader experience.
- Past experience in content creation or working with influencers.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
