Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a skilled Agile Coach for one of their largest Financial Institutions. This individual will be working alongside various teams to educate at all levels (including senior management) on Agile principles. This individual will develop and provide training sessions, workshops and one on one coaching for Business and IT participants.
Key Responsibilities
- This individual will be responsible for the AGILE implementation and facilitation of AGILE learning solutions
- This individual will lead teams in project initiation, organization, goal and change management aspects of Agile
- Deliver Agile training sessions, workshops and one on one coaching for Business and IT participants
- Develop their own training materials and process guidelines
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure alignment with Agile methodology
