We are hiring for a fulltime Appliance Repair Technician to join our team in Birmingham, AL. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you must provide excellent customer service, and honest work. We provide competitive commission and benefits.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Diagnose and repair home appliances (dish washers, dryers, washing machines, refrigerators, ovens, etc)
- Provide cost estimates for repairs
- Effectively communicate with the customer to ensure they understand the services needed
- Order parts and bring them back to the customer's home
- Collect payment for work performed
