General Purpose
Oversee asset management activities within the T&D organization, including conducting studies, developing recommendations, and implementing new strategies in response to changing conditions.
Responsibilities
- Support asset management activities.
- Prioritize maintenance and capital investments through asset analysis.
- Develop and update asset policies, communicating changes to stakeholders.
- Lead discussions on asset management with senior management and regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate on capital projects to ensure reliability and customer service.
- Facilitate joint-owned asset projects, ensuring prudent investments.
- Conduct maintenance reviews and implement new programs.
- Assess T&D asset performance, identifying issues and risks.
- Audit equipment documentation for major projects.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide training to staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum seven years of relevant experience.
- Skills in program design and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills for consulting on sensitive matters.
- Ability to work with diverse individuals and present recommendations.
Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
