A client of Insight Global is seeking an AutoCAD Drafter to join their team. This person will be responsible for:
- Developing and editing 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD
- Maintaining and updating drawing revisions to reflect project updates
- Coordinating with designers and project managers to understand project scope and requirements
- Organizing and maintaining drawing files, templates, and documentation for easy access and version control
- Performing quality checks on drawings to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design standards
- Assisting in preparing documentation, layouts, and presentation materials as needed
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience with CAD drafting
- Strong understanding of technical drawing principles, geometric tolerances, and drafting standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints
- Experience using AutoCAD macros and workflows
Salary : $18 - $20
