JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of a transdisciplinary team of professionals, a BCBA is responsible for creating and overseeing individualized behavior therapy to increase desired behaviors and reduce unwanted behaviors for children ages 18 months to 5 years old. A BCBA is an expert in behavior who provides specialized intervention to young children across the areas of communication, social skills, play skills, cognitive skills, motor skills, and adaptive behavior skills. Additionally, a BCBA is an advocate for our mission, a model of professionalism, a source of support and partnership for families, a proactive and effective communicator, a willing collaborator, a fair and explicit coach, and an active part of our community. This position will be onsite in Phoenix, AZ Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm, but can be flexible based on your schedule. The compensation for this position starts at $90,000-$110,000 with full benefits.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with active certification from the national Behavior Analyst
