What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Coordinator position at Insight Global?
A client of Insight Global's located in Overland Park; KS is looking to add a billing coordinator to their team. This person would be responsible for the daily admin tasks such as helping with payroll, ensuring timecards are correct and verified before being sent out to their billing team, and handling phone calls with customers that call in to the front desk. In responsibilities relating to accounts payable, this person will also be responsible for sorting / matching invoices and check requests. This person will be required to meet specific deadlines and should be keen for attention to detail and safeguarding the property of others.

- Familiar with Oracle JDE software
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field
- 1 years of accounting experience
- Looking for someone that is good with numbers
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable talking on the phone with both internal and external personal (customers)
