What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Insight Global?
Day to Day
- We’re seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Iowa! The BCBA is responsible for the supervision of 1:1 therapists, developing and updating client treatment plans, and ensuring that each of our families receives the highest quality of care. BCBAs will also conduct ongoing parent education sessions with their clients’ families to ensure that learning extends beyond our office.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and all applicable licensing
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a BCBA (Preferably experience with children)
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Compensation:
$90,000 $15k sign on bonus. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
