What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bridge Engineer position at Insight Global?
Must Haves :
- Licensed Professional Engineer, eligible for registration in multiple states.
- More than 5 years of engineering experience, predominantly in bridge design, with proven project experience.
- Experienced in analyzing and designing structures using industry-standard software such as OpenBridge Designer (LEAP Bridge Concrete & Steel), FB-MultiPier, and PTC Mathcad.
- Proficient in creating bridge plans using CAD software, preferably Bentley OpenBridge Designer.
- Experience with ITD, UDOT, WSDOT, WYDOT, and LHTAC projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of multiple design materials and various construction types is advantageous.
- Skilled in coordinating engineering work and collaborating with other disciplines and clients.
- Capable of mentoring junior engineers and providing client input as necessary.
- Positive attitude towards colleagues and clients, aligning with company culture.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Based in Boise or willing to relocate.
