Job Summary:
Insight Global is hiring a bridge/structural engineer for one if our clients that provides multi-disciplinary consulting services for a wide range of industries (Transportation, Energy & Land Planning/Site Development. We are currently seeking a Structural Engineer proficient with structural bridge design and inspection. These designs and inspections need to meet current approved standards and design codes, along with satisfying the criteria set forth by our clients. You will collaborate with department engineers on a variety of projects to gain hands-on experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Reviews and supports the preparation of project plans, designs, and calculations ensuring notes, dimensions, materials and industry standards are met.
- Assists with preparing project quantity and cost estimates.
- Analyzes capacity of structures for current and/or proposed conditions.
- Collaborates with engineering teams to support organization of design files, field investigations, data collection, development, and design of projects.
This is a direct placement/direct hire opportunity with a salary ranging from $95,000 - $130,000 based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
