Day-to-Day:
Insight Global's client in Reading, PA, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their expanding team. This individual will be part of a new team dedicated to customer data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proven track record of effectively engaging with all areas of a product team. A comprehensive understanding of the product life cycle is essential. The Business Analyst will play a key role in facilitating communication between end-users and stakeholders, defining and refining business processes. Daily responsibilities include gathering information, analyzing business processes, product mapping, and conducting gap analysis.
Compensation:
$40/hr to $52/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
