Project Plan Manager
We are seeking a skilled Project Plan Manager to join our team in the St. Louis area. This individual will be working with multiple teams across the organization, supporting various projects, and collaborating with cross-functional groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create PowerPoint presentations with data, reports, process flows, and other visual aids to present to high-level executives.
- Develop expertise in using Tableau and create/edit reports and documentation as needed.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to problem-solve and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Design and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to integrate services into a single portal for a seamless customer ordering experience.
Requirements:
- Experience creating presentations for IT teams.
- Analytical skills to gather information from reports and documentations.
- Ability to document design flows and reports.
- Extensive experience using MS Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Tableau and other data analysis tools.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Jira experience.
- Visio experience.
