Title: Business Analyst
Location: Greater Seattle area (Bothell/Bellevue mostly)
Duration: 2-year contract
A customer information systems team is looking for a business analyst to join their team. They are seeking someone with experience analyzing business processes, functions and procedures to determine the most effective business systems technology to meet the needs of the organization. Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), requirements management, diagramming, use case modeling, and mapping experience are also desired.
Must Haves:
- 4 years experience as a business analyst
- 4 years of detailed business requirements gathering and experience setting up requirements gathering workshops
- 4 years active documentation of process flow into agile world for user stories and technical functional specs for design
- Exemplary communication skills and ability to translate requirements for business stakeholders in a clear and customizable manner
- Extremely independent, self driven, and motivated to jump into new environments and build strong relationships for success
Plusses:
- Experience using Unified Modeling Language (UML)
- Experience with SAP requirements and processes
Compensation:
$58-64/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law
