Looking for a strong Business Analyst who has great communication skills and is able to act as a liaison between different departments. In addition to that, this is going to be a Hybrid role in Topeka, and it will be on site there 3 days a week. Ideally looking for people in the Kansas City are or Topeka area.

Conversion Salary: $70k- 72k salary.
Must haves:
- 2 years' of professional experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong background with Jira
- Ability to write testing scenarios and perform story development
- Strong ability to build rapport with different business units and their stakeholders
- Proven history of articulating business requirements to the IT team and serving as a liaison between the business stakeholders and IT stakeholders
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Strong written documentation skills

Day to day: As a business analyst for Insight Global, your day-to-day activities will be diverse and dynamic. You will spend about 50% of your time learning about various business units, building rapport with stakeholders, gathering requirements, writing in Jira, and providing testing support. Building relationships will take up another 25% of your day, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams. Documentation will be a crucial part of your role, occupying 15% of your time to ensure all processes and requirements are well-documented.
In addition to these core activities, you will be involved in process development and improvement, ensuring workflows are efficient and effective. You will also handle regulatory and compliance duties, making sure operations adhere to relevant laws and standards. Your responsibilities will extend to areas such as unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation, industrial safety and health, asset management, and facilities. Additionally, you will support LMIS (Labor Market Information Systems), tax/appeals, and legal matters, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all business needs.
Salary : $70,000 - $72,000
