Job Title: System Engineer/Business Analyst
About the Role:
This is a 1-year contract-to-hire position with the opportunity to be hired full-time after the initial contract period.
The hourly rate for this position is $38-$45, paid on a W-2 basis and based on relevant years of experience.
About the Project:
You will serve as a liaison between manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams for a large system replacement project and update.
In this role, you will gather and translate business requirements, working closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to understand current workflows and seamlessly integrate systems.
You will ensure that the new systems align with manufacturing operations by creating process maps and workflows in Visio.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline and at least 1 year of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
You must have the ability to work cross-functionally to gather requirements.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
A strong understanding of manufacturing environments and Visio experience are preferred but not required.
Salary : $38 - $45
