Job Description
As an Operations Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to accurately input information into computer databases or applications. You will support various processes such as time and expense entry, work management, invoicing, accounts payable, expense reconciliations, and other related tasks. Your duties will include:
• Inputting data accurately and efficiently
• Running reports from multiple tools and systems, reviewing inputs/output for completeness and correctness
• Preparing and modifying documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
• Meeting established deadlines and delivering requested information on time
Required Skills & Experience
For this role, we require:
• 3-4 years of experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, and timecard approval
• A go-getter mentality and ability to work independently
• No degree required, but a background in finance or business is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and heavy use of spreadsheet software
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
