Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, answering and directing phone calls, and greeting visitors.
- Screen visitors for building access approval and assign badges as needed.
- Receive and distribute mail daily, including interoffice mail from sister locations.
- Coordinate office supply orders and inventory, including coffee services and machine maintenance.
- Prepare and send FedEx shipments as requested.
- Arrange conference rooms, catering, and other event details.
