Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in information applications support for ERP systems, including at least one year supporting Infor.
- 5 years of experience supporting supply chain management software; preferably Info SCM
- Expertise in system configuration, support, and project management.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in system testing, including test plan creation and execution.
Day to Day:
The Business Systems Analyst will serve as a strategic and technical advisor, analyzing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance the efficiency and productivity of supported Infor ERP applications. They will be supporting an enterprise healthcare organization based in Maryland. Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for Infor, this individual ensures optimal system functionality, resolves technical and business challenges, and facilitates collaboration across departments to meet organizational objectives. The Lead Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, including designated departments to ensure consistent, effective use of timekeeping and ERP applications.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Serve as the SME for Infor, ensuring a thorough understanding of system functionality, integration points, updates, and limitations.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues, analyze results, and collaborate with vendors to resolve technical problems.
- Develop, configure, and modify applications using existing tools to align with organizational needs.
- Quickly assess and resolve complex application problems, collaborating with vendors and internal teams as needed.
- Analyze and document business processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance business efficiency and workflows.
- Participate in system configuration, maintenance, and support activities for Infor CloudSuite.
- Develop test plans, create test cases, and execute testing to ensure the system meets business needs.
- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
- Manage projects related to business applications, including planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Design and generate queries, reports, and dashboards to support operational and audit needs.
- Analyze data within the system and provide actionable insights to drive improvements.
Salary : $56 - $60
