C2 Network Systems Engineer - Command and Control Network Systems Engineer
Sr. Level to SME Level
Customer: Mid-Range Capability Program (MRC)
Location: On govt site full time, Redstone Arsenal
Travel: 10%
A client is seeking a SECRET C2 Network Engineer for a PEO office which is responsible for the development, testing, integration, and fielding of the a missile defense system.
- Advise Program Office in the design, development, fielding, and modernization of the Battery Operation Center (BOC) as part of the capability.
- Assist with the systems architecture and federated integration of the Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System (TTWCS), Aegis Weapon System (AWS), the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), and the Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS) in the product's BOC.
Requirements:
- BS in Science or Engineering
- 10 years experience in system engineering
- 5 years experience in systems engineering for a DoD weapons system acquisition program office or OEM
- Experience in network/IP configurations management
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
Nice to Have:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Experience with technical missile system fire direction and power systems development
- Experience with Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System (TTWCS), Aegis Weapon System (AWS), the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), and the Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS)
- Experience with fielded DoD internet terminal systems (Starlink, SIPR/NIPR Access Point (SNAP), T2Network Systems)
- Knowledge of system interface requirements and requirements management as well as techniques to drive system behaviors
- Experience conducting reviews of entrance and exit criteria
