Data Center Cabling Expertise:
We are seeking an experienced cable technician to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our network cabling team, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining cabling infrastructure within our clients' data centers and head ends.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom cabling principles and practices, including CAT 6 wiring and Ethernet cable construction. Experience with fiber optic cabling and testing is also essential.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with telecom cabling
- Strong background in wiring CAT 6 and making up Ethernet cables
- Experience running fiber optics
In addition to your technical expertise, you should be comfortable with frequent travel, both domestic and international, and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
