What are the responsibilities and job description for the Charge Nurse position at Insight Global?
This person will be responsible for assuming the responsibility for the human and fiscal resources available in order to provide quality, cost-effective patient centered care, possessing and having the capabilities to perform all the major duties and critical tasks of a Registered Nurse, demonstrating honesty, integrity, respectfulness, discretion, responsibility and dependability, and supporting the mission and vision of the facility.
Must Haves:
- RN license
- 3 years of experience as an RN
- BLS through American Heart Association required upon hire
- ACLS through American Heart Association within 6 months
- Plusses:2 years of experience as a charge nurse
- Previous NICU experience
- Any additional specialty certification
Shits available:
(2) night: 6:00pm-6:00am
Pay scale for all RN jobs = $27.50 min/$43.42 max
Min = 0 years, max = 25 years
PLEASE NOTE: This position includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus for candidates with 2 years of experience & a $10,000 sign-on bonus for candidates with less than 2 years of experience; both requiring a 2-year commitment. Relocation assistance up to $20,000 for candidates 50 miles from Tyler, TX is also available.
