Job Description

As an Entry-Level Chemist, you will conduct pilot testing techniques to evaluate the feasibility and performance of new chemical processes and products. You will prepare and maintain detailed documentation of experimental procedures, observations, and results, analyze data, and generate reports to support research and development projects. Collaboration with senior chemists and cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure accurate and efficient testing. Additionally, you will maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, while assisting in the development and optimization of chemical formulations and processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, experience with documentation and data management, a basic understanding of pilot testing techniques and laboratory procedures, proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
