Must-haves
- 5 years of estimating, engineering, or trade experience related to mechanical constructions
- 5 years of knowledge of corporate objectives impacting estimating, estimating strategies and techniques, and construction contracts
- Strong experience reading blueprints and understanding equipment takeoffs
- 5 years of advanced understanding and experience with the proposal interview process
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, or equivalent years of experience
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes
- Prepare detailed MEP estimates (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for construction projects across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, and governmental
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
