What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief of Staff position at Insight Global?
An employer is seeking a Change Manager / Chief of Staff to join their team in Spring, TX. He or she will be joining the Displays and Accessories organization to report directly to the VP as her Chief of Staff. He or she will have previous executive level experience, be able to manage finances for an organization and how to plan the organizations finances, provide various strategic project management work, etc. The ideal candidate has had a successful track record of influence without authority, help change processes for productivity and has a strong understanding of business management, operations, and go to market. This role is onsite 3 days a week and will pay $50 - $70 / hr depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
8 years of experience in a Chief of Staff role, Change Manager or comparable
Experience with executive presence
Ability to executive high level conversations and business strategy
Highly organized
Experience managing organizational finances
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Salary : $50 - $70
