Insight Global is actively seeking a Military Construction Engineer to join our client's team in New Castle or Dover, Delaware. WE need a Civil Engineer to join our client's military construction engineering program. This role offers the opportunity to learn from an experienced program manager and contribute to a wide variety of engineering projects on military facilities. This position would have you overseeing a team of 4-8 junior staff that would support you on the design aspect of these military projects.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to prepare civil design plans.
- Ensure designs comply with land use, stormwater, erosion, sediment control, access, and military guidelines.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, prepare addenda, respond to contractor questions, and provide construction support.
- Manage a range of projects, including military bases, parking lots, runways, and taxiways.
- Coordinate multiple disciplines, track budgets, schedules, and mentor a team of 4-8 staff members.
Salary : 140-175K or hourly 65-85 / hr
