Customer Service Representative
Work Type: 6 Month Contract to Hire
This is a role with one of Insight Global's Motor Vehicle Manufacturing clients, based in Wayland, MI.
We are seeking an individual to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers while assisting with general administrative duties.
- Answer multi-line telephones in a professional manner.
- File documents according to established criteria.
- Read and interpret various reports and documents.
- Properly complete sale documents.
Key Requirements include:
- 1-2 years of office customer service experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills and attitude.
- Proficiency with office equipment.
- Computer proficiency - MS Suite.
- Typing speed of 45WPM.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Prior experience as a Bilingual-Spanish Customer Service Representative, specifically in DMV/Insurance/body shop environments, is also advantageous.
