What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Representative position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is currently looking for 3 Client Service Representatives to join one of our biggest clients in the Food and Beverage Industry. This position is hybrid sitting out of San Antonio, Texas.
Duration: 6 month contract to perm
Working Hours: M-F (Fridays remote) 8AM-5PM OR 10AM-7PM (MUST BE FLEX FOR BOTH) Must work every other Saturday! (when working a Saturday you will have a day off during the week!)
Hourly Compensation: $18/hour
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service role, ideally handling inbound calls related to various HR issues.
- Experience participating in ticket resolution and ensures email inquiries are closed out to completion.
- Able to work on site and a rotating shift schedule.
Plusses:
- PHR, SHRM-CP certificate
