Job Summary - CNC Brake Operator
Qualified individuals must have the ability to do both complex and routine operation on CNC Brakes including Amadas w/ Fanuc controls. Must be able to read and intrepret blueprints, work piece inspections, and must understand both M and G codes.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex set ups of machinery. Able to edit/adjust programs as necessary
- Responsible for the quality and quantity of products being manufactured
- Proficiently use measuring devices (vernier calipers, micrometers, gage pins, etc.) to ensure that parts are accurate to Bluprints
- Maintain excellent housekeeping practices (5S)
- Must accurately and correctly record information on set ups and in process inspections.
- As required participate in departmental continuous improvement events, not limited to Kaizen, CI, FAST, JDI, and TPM.
Salary : $20 - $25
