Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Independently performing complex machining and programming activities
- Mentoring less experienced CNC department personnel
- Organizing multiple projects and applying high-level critical thinking skills
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- 5 years of relevant experience in CNC machining, setup, and programming
- Proficiency with Fusion 360 or a related CAM software
- Strong knowledge of lathe operations, complex fixturing, and high-tolerance machining
- Experience with 2D/3D programming and multi-axis machining (5 axis or 3 axis)
- Ability to work on the fly and program to meet customer requirements
