Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a full-time CNC Milling Machinist with CNC machining experience. The role involves producing components and prototypes using DMG MORI 4 and 5 axis milling machines. Responsibilities include machine setup, program adjustments, tool control, work inspection, interpreting metric and imperial dimensions. Ideal candidates should have experience in component production, knowledge of DMG MORI programming, familiarity with Siemens, Heidenhain, and/or MillPlus controls, the ability to read drawings, and work with the metric system. Attention to detail, a positive demeanor, and teamwork are essential. A high school degree or equivalent experience is required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Ability to program DMG MORI 3, 4, 5 axis milling machines
- Experience with Siemens, Heidenhain and MillPlus controls
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Ability to work in Metric and Imperial system
Compensation:
$28 to $34 per hour.
