Position: Commercial Loan Underwriter
Location: Hybrid Remote (Deerfield- Boca Raton, FL)
5 Month Contract to Hire (This will go PERM!!)
$45- $57 Hourly Based On Experience

Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. (Preferred)
- 5 Years of Commercial Underwriting experience with underwriting experience from $10-20 Million
- Data analysis proficiency, with strong ability to interpret underwriting data, assess risk factors, and provide insights to support informed underwriting decisions.
- Strong ability to identify and analyze complex issues related to underwriting and propose solutions.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
Plusses:
- Experience in auto dealer commercial lending and/or automotive floor plan lending preferred.
Day To Day:
The Loan Underwriter analyzes financial information, recommends loan actions, and approves loan requests. Analyzes commercial loan applications and renewals and determines credit worthiness and appropriate grading for consideration of the loan request.
· Analyze underwriting data, assess risk exposure, and support the decision-making process for underwriting.
· Maximize portfolio revenue by practicing sound underwriting judgment and risk management principles.
· Ensure accurate and complete documentation of underwriting decisions, including risk assessments and pricing strategies.
Salary : $45 - $57
