Title: Commercial Loan Underwriter
Location: 4 days onsite in Dublin, CA, 8:30am-5pm
Duration: 3-month contract with potential for extensions
Must Haves:
- 3 years in underwriting commercial/business loans
- Financial services industry experience
- Proficiency in Excel to review and analyze financial statements
- Available to be onsite in Dublin 4 days/week
Plusses:
- Familiarity with Sageworks
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Special Assets experience
Day to Day:
Insight Global is searching for a Commercial Loan Underwriter to work with our financial client in the East Bay. This individual will be working within the Business Loan department, with the Senior Commercial Loan Underwriter and VP to provide insightful and timely credit analysis of prospective and current borrowers. The loan underwriter will be performing in-depth underwriting analysis of each borrower’s character, credit worthiness and financial condition. They will investigate all sources of credit and financial information, including reporting services, credit bureaus and agencies. This position is a contract role with potential for extensions and long-term employment, upon positive performance.
Salary : $30 - $45
